This was my first serving of any sort of meat since both detox and pre-detox, which lasted 3 or 4 days before detoxing officially begun. I toasted some whole grain bread, microwaved on some unripe goat's milk cheese, spread on the diced salmon, and made a little smoothie too. It was nice and chilly, and more of a frozen yogurt than a beverage at first. It was frozen apples, pears, some orange juice, water, and unsweetened almond milk. Yum!
