I've been running the past couple mornings, which is nice. Starting a day with a run is a day that began well. Active, sweating and waking up, followed by a shower and a tea, followed by the tasks of the day to be completed. Something about it. A fresh little slate. I plan to jog and/or run most mornings. It'll be a good routine to get into, especially as school approaches, as I'll be getting up early for classes and such. Just sayin!
