I always love my meals the day of grocery day. Always so stuffed with good stuff. A salad!
1. Spinach
2. Celery
3. Cucumber
4. Onion
5. Green beans
6. Tomatoes
7. Sprouts
8. Raspberries
9. Blueberries
10. Dried apricots
I invested in the tea that Beth suggested, drank it last night, expected some fun 6-12 hours later, but nothing. I'm going to try a salt water flush tomorrow morning. Damn.
PS. Curry powder on apple slices is actually amazing.
